Version history is documented in History.txt file within every download package, including Beta versions.
You can also access this version history through the About menu of any product.

If you meant Online - I don't find it.
If you meant in the program - Help Menu - the user wants to see the changes in website to decide if to download this version?

The list of changes for stable releases is published in the News section.
Changes in Beta versions are currently not published on the website. You will need to download the Beta package and read the contained "History.txt" file.
