UI is right aligned

All Remaner ui and dialogs are right aligned on my system. Changing selected language from auto-detect to english doesnt help. My system ui is english left to right.
Can I do something to make the ui left aligned?

It looks like your system is configured either for right-to-left or right-handed.

Have you tried changing your locale? Just switch it to something different, then switch back to English.

Check that you don't have right-handed selected in "Tablet PC Settings" (even if you don't use it as a tablet):

ReNamer 6.2.0.2 Beta:
ReNamer sets BiDiMode (right-to-left) according to the selected application language instead of the system language. You can also override used BiDiMode by manually changing "BiDiCode" value inside "Settings.ini". Possible values: AUTO, LTR, RTL.

Just to bring some additional info...

The value MenuDropAlignment of the registry key HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows is who manages the behavior of the dropdown contextual menu allignment in the entire system, set a string value of 0 for left-allignment and a value of 1 for the opposite.

Of course miss this information that I given above for RenamerPro if den4b has overrided this value to customize him app behavior in some way.
