help me please

Settings:
Edit Event:  User Inactive
Edit Action: Shutdown

The problem is that at "User Inactivity" the time interval is accidently set at 00.00.
Consequently as soon as my laptop boots, it switches itself off. I'm unable to re-set
the "User Inactivity" timing.
Please help me!

Start Windows in Safe Mode by holding F8 key during boot:

Then you can remove Shutter from startup or delete your preset.
