Tray icon disappear if explorer.exe restarted

from 3.00 and few other newer beta all have this problem.
tested in 2 windows 7 x64 PC.
my other tray icons have no problem.

It has been fixed in Shutter 3.6.4 Beta. Please try the latest development version.
