Hi,
I was using the product to change my files' extensions. For example it was "Word_document.docx.encrypted" and I tried to delete ".encrypted" ext. so it was deleted but after then i tried to open the file and it said it was damaged.
I strongly believe that the product has caused it because i was able to change it manually -without using the software- and it worked. But there were so many files to change that's why I've used ReNamer. Now I'm in very serious problem.
Please help, what should I do?
Thank you.

Changing file extension is not a destructive operation. Renaming a file does not change the content of files, so this operation could not have damaged your files.
Either your files were already damaged, or, as the additional ".encrypted" extension suggests, they might be encrypted.
The easiest thing you can try doing is to add back the ".encrypted" extension to these files.

I think it has nothing to do with the ".encrypted" because i deleted it manually and the file opened withouth any problem.
I also tried to add back ".encrypted" but it didn't worked neither.

Once again, renaming operation doesn't change the content of files. There must be something else going on.
You have not provided any meaningful details so far...
Can you reproduce the problem? Can you describe step by step what you do and provide a sample file
For example:
1) I use Windows X and ReNamer X
2) I have file "File.docx.encrypted"
3) I open it with Word
4) I manually remove ".encrypted" extension and open it with Word
5) I add back ".encrypted" extension
6) I use ReNamer to remove ".encrypted" extension with Rule X
7) I open file "File.docx" with Word and it doesn't work
Email the file before you do anything! Don't email files which you claim are damaged, because then your issue cannot be reproduced.

@Denis: .docx.encrypted typically indicates the file is infected with the CryptoLocker virus, so I advise you to stay away from it or at least be very careful.
@cengzpnar: Renaming cannot damage a file as already mentioned by Denis above, so there's something wrong with your system. If it's not CryptoLocker (which I strongly suspect), then you have bad hardware (probably a failing hard disk or RAM).
