Finally after a couple of days searching I've found a tool which can do everything I want to my files.

For this message not to be useless I can share one suggestion:
Can you please also add DayOfTheYear function?
Or maybe even DateOffset one?
I want to rearrange my child's media archive so that it will be split by months of life: first, second, etc up to full year, and then continue that by half a year period. Or maybe make it seasonal, I didn't yet decide myself.

DayOfTheYear is fairly easy to add, but can you explain the purpose of DateOffset?

Oh sorry, maybe I should call that DateAdd.
Maybe even the full set of date functions to: subtract one date from another (count the number of days between), add a certain amount of days|months|years to the given date, get the last day of the month for given date, get a week number, and anything else you can imagine.

Sorting large arrays of files is usually closely linked to date and time manipulation so having a full set of date/time functions could be very useful.
