"Clear rules", "Clear file list", "Clear all" buttons

Quickly accessible buttons for removing all rules, clearing the file list and, above all, both would be very practical,
since there is no shortcut to remove with a single command both rules and files and SHIFT+DEL / CTRL+DEL are not quick shortcuts.
Thanks in advance.

I wish I knew how to develop this kind of software... Which programs do you use?

P.S.: in page http://www.den4b.com/?x=downloads&product=renamer  please specify the present release of your beta, otherwise I must download and install ReNamer to see which is the current version of it!

You can use Ctrl+N to create a new project, that deletes rules and files at the same time.

If this software has helped you, consider getting your pro version. :)

Thanks, SafetyCar. I didn't know about this: it's a good start.
The possibility of personalizing these shortcuts and the toolbar would be great...

It would be nice if a few of these commands such as clear all could be added to the scripts and saved in the presets.
I like to do a clear all each time one of my presets have been run.

Re: "Clear rules", "Clear file list", "Clear all" buttons

There is a number of options in the Settings which can automatically clear various things after renaming, including:

  • Clear rules list on rename

  • Clear files table in rename

  • Clear renamed files on rename

Hopefully this will help you.
