When will Registration Code arrive?

Hi Denis,

I purchased a ReNamer license through PayPal 30 minutes ago. I've downloaded the latest installer and have been waiting... and now worrying what's gone wrong. Nothing snagged in my spam filter. What's going on?

Registration codes are normally sent within 24 hours as mentioned on the Purchase page. It is necessary to perform certain manual checks on all purchases. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused by the delay.
