Thought we could use such a thread to keep all general site-related issues in one place.
To kick things off, although nothing major:
1) Tools page > Port Check > "port nubmer" (number)
2) Tools page > Password Generator > "Generator random passwords" (Generate)
3) Tools page > Hash and Checksum - A checkbox for Uppercase would be nice. Selecting it before the hash is calculated would ensure that the result is in uppercase. Also with JS support checking or unchecking it after the calculation would immediately flip the case of the displayed hash.
4) Donations page > How to donate? > "back account" (bank)
5) Products page - Might be nice to include a small note somewhere that all the programs themselves are portable and do not write crap to the registry (with the exception of the installer) or litter the file system with rubbish. This is a very big plus IMO.
6) Screenshots page should have updated screenshots for all apps. Especially for apps like Hooker that have been recently resurrected/updated, Win7/8 screenshots are required to replace the old XP ones.

Thanks for details, well spotted!
1,2,3,4) Are all fixed/implemented.
5) Where do you think is a good place? Products page, Downloads page? Top or the bottom of the page?
6) Is on my list, just didn't get around to it yet.

I was thinking top of Products page, but guess Downloads page would be fine too. Wherever you feel is more appropriate.

5) This message is now displayed at the top of both Products and Downloads pages:
All of the products are portable by design and do not require installation or uninstallation. All of the settings and user data are stored in the application's folder. Installer is provided purely for convenience.
6) Hooker's screenshots have been updated. Also, all thumbnails have increased in size from 120px to 140px.

Looks good, although it took me a second to get over the confusion caused by "not" instead of "now".

Ha! That's what we get for working on weekend!

License page > Commercial license or "Pro" version - "The duration of this license is indefinite. Software updates are available free of charge for a period of 1 year."
Denis, can you please explain what this means exactly? If license duration is indefinite, then what precisely will happen after a year has passed since registration? If the user downloads a Lite version free of charge after a year has passed, will he not be able to register it using the license, which is indefinite?

This means that the license will work indefinitely in versions of products that are released before the upgrade expiration date.
So if you purchase a license today, on 17 October 2013, then you can use it forever in all versions released before 17 October 2014.

Ah, I get it now, but IMO that sentence is confusing and some elaboration (as you provided above) might be useful.

You will be able to register the current version and all versions released before 17 October 2014 at any point in time in the future. The license will stop working only for future versions that are released after 17 October 2014.
I will reply in email to the other question.
