How to get Meta Tags "Album Artist" from MP3 ID3 Tags?

hi

I'm using a pascalscript within renamer and I'd like to be able to access the mp3 album artist tag. It doesn't seem to be possible? is it?

PS I believe TPE2 - "Band/orchestra/accompaniment" is repurposed by iTunes, xbmc etc to store album artist

Since you are already using PascalScript, I am assuming you only need the parameter's name.

The wiki should get you going.

hi, yes it would be, apart from "album artist" isn't in the list

oh I see: The list only contains artist for the track (file); not for the album.

Denis the wiki page contains far less ID3 tags compared to the master list in Wikipedia. So you may have to add some more ID3 tags also.

Same for EXIF tags also (see master list).
