Renaming Images with the DATE IT WAS TAKEN.

HI..

I have been using ReNamer for long now...
but recently require to rename my images taken from my camera with the name which matches the DATE IT WAS TAKEN.
As you guys already know whenever the picture is taken from camera it has a tag of date and time when it was taken in info of that image.
for example if the picture is taken today 2012-12-29 (yyyy-mm-dd) at 17:19:02 (h:m:s) then the image should be named as 20121229_171902
if there any one who can help in this?

would appreciate few comments or suggestions.
