Hello,
I'm running Windows 7 x64 bit and I'm using Renamer 5.60 (great software!!!).
I'm trying to copy the "Preset" settings with filters to another computer that i have saved but i am unable to open the Presets folder (it actually isn't even visible).
I have hide protected files and folder unchecked and hidden folder unchecked and still I'm not able to see it.
In the presets manager when i click on edit I get an error saying path specified not available.
The only time i see the presets folder (with a lock on it) is when i click add files inside Renamer and it shows me its installation folder.
please help
thank you
Edit:
Modified the original subject line
Presets Folder "does not exist"

Hi and welcome.
I guess you have UAC enabled and you have installed ReNamer (as opposite to the portable zip archive)?
As i remember there are already some topics about this issue:

Maybe that will give you a first glue.
Read the *WIKI* for HELP + MANUAL + Tips&Tricks.
If ReNamer had helped you, please *DONATE* to Denis or buy a PRO license. (Read *Lite vs Pro*)

Yes thank you Stefan!
however retrieving the already predefined rules file was impossible until i used the old Recycle bin trick!!
for anyone out there that just want to get there hands on that .nrp file: click on Add Files > browse to the Presets folder (visible unless browsed from ReNamer itself) drap it from inside the browse window and drop it in the recycle bin! once there retrieve it to your desktop and your done
greetings from Lebanon!
