Can you confirm Renamer will rename folders only? I want the files to remain untouched.
I have a folder titled "192kbps" and then artist album name in sub-folders. Rather than have a single folder bearing the bit rate I want to change all the sub folders (not files) to say "Phil Collins - Face Value 192kbps" , "Phil Collins - Against All Odds 192kbps" and so on.
Can I do this with Renamer? If so how do I configure it to do just that?
Thanks,

Please see

Add folders as files
If this option is selected, ReNamer treats a folder just like a file (not as a container that holds files and subfolders).
So only the folder is loaded, and not the files in it. This is useful for renaming the folder itself.

See http://www.den4b.com/wiki/ReNamer:Rules:Insert
Rules:Insert > Insert meta tag > :File_FolderName: (Name of the parent folder)
You can just add an space right in front of :File_FolderName: too.
If needed use an another rule to modify the string from the parent folder.
