Swap 2 text blocks separated by a "_"

There are hundreds of files all in the following format:

abc_def
111_222
777_888

The 3 files above all have 2 blocks of text separted by an underscore "_".
How can Renamer batch rename the files, such that the 2 blocks of text are reversed in order?
The results should become:

def_abc
222_111
888_777

All renaming softwares I have tried before cannot handle this job.
Renamer is powerful, but can it do it?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
