Updated forum

I've just updated the forum software FluxBB to the most recent release. It brings to us a lot of bug fixes and small enhancements.

Here are some useful features from user's point of view:

• You can now search in multiple forums at once.

• New BBCode: topic, post, forum and user.

• Topic links are now shown at the start of notification mails.

I have also removed about 200 users with 0 posts who registered in years prior to 2012.

If you notice any problems, please report them as soon as possible.
