Batch Replace

I has a few hundred files that need to be renamed... I know all my current names and each one has an entirely new name... So I really need to have some way to say if it is this name name it to this.. but i would rather not enter every one ONE at a time into the interface with the Replace command... I don't know Regex but thinking that is what i will need to know.. lol... If anyone has any ideas of what i can do that would help. I do have all the names in an excel spreadsheet so they are easy to get to.

Thanx in advance for the help.
