Delete All Rules needs confirmation dialog box

Renamer version:  5.60

The shortcut key combination for "Delete All Rules" (SHIFT+DEL) needs a confirmation dialog box, as it's too close to the "Duplicate Rule" (SHIFT+INSERT) shortcut key combination.  It's too easy to perform such a major operation.
