Problem on another pc

Hi there!!!
I'm new in this forum but not new in Hooker, I?m using it from november but right now, I need to use it in another pc,
I tryed to install it from here but it doesn't work, from the e mail I insert, I can't receive any clipboard or test from the program...
what's wrong?
