Hi there!
At the moment, ReNamer doesn't have an ability to rename files without user interaction. But I'm planning to add that functionality some time soon.
ReNamer already supports few command line parameters:
1) ReNamer.exe <Files and Folders paths>
2) ReNamer.exe /load <Preset path>
3) ReNamer.exe /enqueue <Files and Folders paths>
4) ReNamer.exe /uninstall
Here is what they do:
1) launch an instance of ReNamer and load all the arguments to the table;
2) launch an instance of ReNamer and load a preset (to associate ReNamer with *.rnp files - look in the Settings, Misc tab again);
3) add/enqueue files and folders to the running instance of ReNamer, if no instance found - launch a new one, and add those files and folders;
4) (for advanced users) this option is used when Uninstall process occurs, to clear out "Add to folders context menu" and "Register preset extension *.rnp", it doesn't show the form, it terminates the process after it finished the clean up.
I plan to add "/rename" parameter, which could be used together with "/load" parameter to make an unattended renaming, for batch renaming.
But for now, I'm afraid, you will need to use another tool for batch renaming.

Just to update:
Latest development version of 01 July 2007 has a new command line parameter to rename files without user interaction. Release after this date will also have this feature. Find more information in the "Command Line" section of the help documents.
