How can I remove Hooker form a system?
Is it enought just to delete the *.DLL ?
I guess I have to de-register it (what exactly ?) too.

Hooker, as every other application on this site, stores all of its files in a single directory.
You can simply delete this directory to remove Hooker from your computer. You don't need to de-register DLL because it was never registered anywhere. If you set enable the auto-run option from the settings, then you also need to disable it before removing the application.
