Convert "Countdown" to an Action (called "Wait")

An Event is by definition something that happens OUTSIDE Shutter; and Shutter is supposed to only monitor it.

But in case of Countdown, Shutter has complete control on it.
Shutter (user) decides when to start it, and also what is the starting amount of time.

Therefore, Countdown is NOT an event: it is an Action.

Suggestion:

Convert "Countdown" to an Action (called "Wait").

Note that "pause" has other connotations (users may assume that Shutter will suspend its already launched tasks.)
Therefore it is better to use the term "wait".

This action will result in very sophisticated user-experience.

Using this logic almost every event can be called an "action" and be converted to one too.

Countdown is an event not because of what it does but because of its use.

Is the pause option in Utilities the same as what we are discussing here?

In other words, is it meant to be inserted between Actions?
If so, then the objective is met.
Otherwise we still need a wait function to space apart certain actions.
