Add events for S.M.A.R.T. data (disk-health)

Can we have events for S.M.A.R.T. warning?
Will be useful with long-duration disk-intensive tasks (which require a lot of read-write cycles).

Typical usage is to warn the user and to take disk-backup.

This doesn't sound like a task for Shutter. S.M.A.R.T. monitoring is something that system services should be doing, not a tool like Shutter which is designed for relatively short process cycle.

on second thoughts, I agree. We will unnecessarily need one permanent instance of Shutter to monitor S.M.A.R.T. parameters, which is better done by a dedicated service.
