Changes not possible while app is running.

When the Shutter is "armed" (waiting for the events to take place), we cannot add a new event or action.

However, this is not apparent from the GUI, as nothing changes there.

It appears that Shutter has stopped responding.

This is confusing.

Desired:
1. Gray out the toolbars of both Event and Action tables.
2. When a user tries to add event/action, pop up a message: "Press the Stop button at bottom first!"
