Separate the two sections in the GUI

The GUI has two nearly identical tables for Events and Actions.
Both have identical sets of buttons (Add/remove/up/down).

These tables have no headings. Only the first column header hints at the intent.

Suggestion: Provide a bold heading above each table.

Alternatively, place the table's heading just before the buttons, like this:

EVENTS    + Add   -Remove   | up   | Down
and-
ACTIONS    + Add   -Remove   | up   | Down

I think it is unnecessary because captions on the first columns state "Event" and "Action". I've also added big overlay labels "Click here to add events" and "Click here to add actions" so now it should be more apparent what goes into the tables.
