swapping and replacing lines
Hi there
How can bulk convert the following line:
<a href=http://myweb.info/for-pg-member/sitemap.php>Fresh tomato junk</a>
into
Fresh tomato junk|http://www.myweb.info/for-pg-member/sitemap.php
I am not skilled in regexp:(

Are you talking about ReNamer?
And are these files or lines in a file?

windows doesn't allow filenames with < or > so I think you must be talking about lines in a file and if so (assuming you're talking about renamer), you're not choosing the right program - it's for renaming files not changing the text in files - but i'm guessing here

Yes i am talking about renamer and lines in a file.
Is there any other program available suitable x that purpose?

Try this link: Free Text Search and Replace Utilities.
It has a list of freeware tools that allow searching and replacing contents of files, some allow regular expressions - and that's exactly what you need.
