Hello,
ReNamer looks like a great software.
a. Is there a help menu for the software?
b. Is there an option to change file names according to Excel file list?

Unfortunately, there is still no Help file/mode for my programs. Didn't get my hands on it yet, never enough time... I prefer to spend my free time improving my programs, trying to make them as simple as possible, so there wouldn't be a large need for a help file. Not yet, but I can make that option! Can you describe, how exactly do you want that option to work? Paths to the files and new names will be loaded, or just new names? Please, post your details in the Suggestions forum...

This is the way I suggest:
a. exporting current file names in a given folder to an Excel list (column A).
b. filling the new requested names in the Excel file (column B). Each new name in column B should replace the old name in column A in the same raw
c. pressing a "REPLACE" button to replace all the original names in the folder with the new names.
