Shutter disables balloon tip on Vista for all applications
Ok... for some reason, running Shutter will disables the balloon tip on Vista for all the application, even if the "Disable balloon notification" option is not checked.

Can you provide more details?
1) Which version of Shutter?
2) Which version/revision of Vista?
3) When does Shutter disable all balloon notifications? i.e. as soon as it is started, after the first balloon notification, etc?
4) After it disables these notifications, does Shutter continue to show them it-self?

Hey, sorry, I don't use Vista anymore, but it appears that the problem had more to do with Vista than the program itself...
But FYI:
1) Which version of Shutter?
Shutter 3.00 Beta 9-10 I think.
2) Which version/revision of Vista?
Vista SP1.
3) When does Shutter disable all balloon notifications? i.e. as soon as it is started, after the first balloon notification, etc?
As soon as it starts.
4) After it disables these notifications, does Shutter continue to show them it-self?
No.

it appears that the problem had more to do with Vista than the program itself...
That is exactly what I was thinking about.
I don't use Vista my-self now, but I know how troublesome and broken it can be.
