hello den,
i'am trying your latest beta version of shutter. I have a serious problem sending my pc to standby/sleep mode. Shutter maybe could solve it.
Windows Powermanagement can not sent the pc to sleep because it detects activity.
Scenario:
Events
User inactive for 5 Minutes AND
CPU under 10 % for 5 Minues (300 secs.)
The CPU < 10 % is interrupted for 1-2 Seconds in an intervall of 90 secondes. This caused to cpu ilde timer of shutter to reset. This is correct. But my system will never go to sleep
Question is: would it be possible to add an option the the CPU Usage Event that will reset the cpu idle counter only if the cpu has a load higher than the defined usage (here eg. 10 %) for a specific amount of seconds?
Example:
10 % Usage
3 Seconds duration (new option)
This would reset the cpu idle counter only if the cpu uses more of 10 % resources for minumum of 3 secondes. If the peak is shorter as 3 seconds it will be ignored and the cpu usage count still raises up.
Here is screenshot with the computer in "idle" mode and the peaks to be ignored:

Had an Idea for an alternative solution of my specific problem.
Shutter could/ should deny to shutdown if music or video is played by the system.
