Active only for certain periods of the day (office hours)

Hi there,

Shutter is a great program and is almost exactly what I am looking for, but missing one feature that I think would make it the perfect utility... and that is the ability to have the program only lock, shut down, power off, etc... a computer during a certain time period.  I work in an office where I would love to be able to force the screen to lock, or the computer to shut down... after hours when everyone should be gone.

For example, our office closes at 4:30 pm.... and if anyone leaves their computer on, I would like to be able to lock the computer after 30 minutes of inactivity....  but not have it lock up on them during the day, even if they are inactive for 30 minutes.

Would it be possible to check to see if the inactivity happens between a start and end time each day?
