How to replace the Chinese numeral sequences (such as "一，二，三，四...", "（一）, （二）, （三）, （四）..." and "第一，第二，第三，第四...") in file names with Arabic numerals like 01, 02, 03, 04...?

There is no easy option to convert Chinese numerals to Arabic numerals.

If the range of your numbers is relatively small, maybe you can create a mapping of each Chinese number to the corresponding Arabic number and apply them via the Replace rule or the Translit rule. You can also leverage the Serialize rule to create the mappings, since it can generate incremental numbers using both Chinese numerals and Arabic numerals.
