Shutter Message for any Windows User logged in
If several users are logged on to Windows it would be great if an action such as “Message” could also be displayed to other users.
Example:
Shutter is executed under the main user Admin. The “Standby” action should be executed and a message should appear before it that “Standby” is about to take place. Now a user other than the Admin should also see this message and depending on the Shutter settings be able to prevent this “Standby” action or at least receive it as information.
