How to export or copy a file name change log (old name vs new name)?

Hi.
I'm about to change the names of about 5000 files.
I want to keep a record of the old names vs the new names, like in a Google Sheet, having the old file names in column A and the newly changed file names in column B.

I'm assuming there's likely a way to do this, but I can't find how.

I haven't yet changed the file names. I have it setup in ReNamer and ready to go, but checking about this before I hit the "Rename" button.

Never mind. Found it!

I found the little Export button in the row of buttons between the Rules window and the Files window.
All is good
