Adding Renamer to Context Menu and or to SendTo

Hi All!

Concerning my request written in Subject line, last entry was made in June 2020. Since than 4 years are gone and I ask myself, if something has been don in this filed?

I was a long time FlashRenamer user and now I'm looking for a alternative, cause FlashRenamer is very restrictiv with unicode characters in file names. FlashRenamer is able to be used with selected files/libraries from the context menu.
As alternatives to FlashRenamer I tested:
- Advanced Renamer
- Bulk Renamer
Bothe can be used viy context menu but have some missing features I'am used to.

Your Renamer has these features as far as I've seen. But the missing context menu usage is frustrating.

Now in July 2024, is there a easy way to use Renamer with the context menu (for selected flies and/or folders) ? If yes, it would be great to get the knowledge on how to activate it.

You have several options for adding ReNamer to the context menu.

Main menu > Settings > Miscellaneous > Add to "Send To" context menu.
Main menu > Settings > Miscellaneous > Add to folders context menu (may require admin privileges).
Main menu > Presets > Create Links > Use the "Send To" folder.

Hi,

some minutes ago I tested your recommendation with success.
Thx for helping me and I think, after some more tests (to get used to Renamer), I will exchange FlashRenamer with Renamer now.
