Why Renamer don't add files which exceed MAX_PATH limit?

Hi,
Does Renamer have a limit on the maximum allowed length of folder and file names? If not, why I can't add files exceeding MAX_PATH limit to the program?

It's more like the Windows operating system has the MAX_PATH limit.

ReNamer can handle long paths but there is a catch, that is to use the "long path" specification be prefixing paths with "\\?\".
