Shutter disables itself

Shutter 4.6.0.2 Beta disables itself (in an unplanned and unexpected way) , stopping performing programmed functions. Has anyone else noticed the same thing on their PC? And is there possibly a way to prevent this?

Okay, I solved it: I had forgotten to mark in the options, the box "Start event monitoring on wake up from hibernation/sleep."
