Disable / enable event times instead of removing / adding them?

I would like to have different event times, e.g. 5 or 2:

I have to change an event time each day and would like to do it without adding / removing one or more of them each day.

Could one just disable / enable such times instead of removing / adding them each day? For example disable all times besides of 3:45 which is enabled.

Re: Disable / enable event times instead of removing / adding them?

For your example:
Workaround 1: you can leave both events if you choose the logic "All" or "AND" for hibernating at "03:45:00" or "OR" for hibernating at "02:45:00".
But note: because of the logic "All"/"AND" you have to start it before 02:45:00 if want to hibernate your machine at 03:45:00 for the same day ;-)

Workaround 2: save 2 presets (one for each time) and load and start either the one or the other.

Workaround 3: run 2 instances (one for each time) and start either the one or the other.

Re: Disable / enable event times instead of removing / adding them?

Thank you very much!

I would think workaround 1 would not work for me, because I always had one hour until the next hibernation, I could not have 2 hours for example.
01:45:00
02:45:00
03:45:00
04:45:00
05:45:00

Workaround 2 would need some more clicks / action. Just double click the shutter item in the tray and activate / deactivate would be more convenient.

Workaround 3 would be a bit unhandy when I have for example 5 times or more. I had to search the right insctance / icon first.

Many thanks again

Re: Disable / enable event times instead of removing / adding them?

You can create links to the presets with the options menu (between file and presets menu). Place the links on your desktop or pin it to the start menu. So you can activate it easily with one click/double click.

Set the option "minimize on start of event monitoring".
Add the action "utilities: close application" after the hibernate action. This should close the shutter process after resuming windows but I have not tested this.

Thank you, alright, good idea, I will try it in that manner. Iit is a bit more circumstantial, I guess.

Many thanks again

Adding "utilities: close application" after the "hibernate" action works as expected. I have used it yesterday. :-)

For quick access to the preset links, you can use free tray tools like SE-TrayMenu, ASuite, PStart, ... :-)

Re: Disable / enable event times instead of removing / adding them?

Would addition of checkboxes to the list of events and actions help you?

Essentially, checkboxes will disable unmarked events and actions, without needing to remove them from the list.

This has been added as a feature suggestion.

It sounds like it would be exactly what I asked for. So, yes, that would be great.

Many thanks!
