CPU rule problem

Suddenly, if I have a cpu load rule in my list, shutter can't start with this error:

"Planner has failed to start due a critical problem:

Unable to locate the "Processor" performance object"

That's on windows 10 pro x64.
Any ideas how to fix it? Thanks!

Re: CPU rule problem

It looks like something is amiss with the system performance counters on your computer. They might be disabled or corrupted.

You can check out past topics which deal with similar issues, for example:
System crash, access violation and performance counters
"Planner failed to start: Invalid Query" when monitoring HD Usage (#2)

Also, search online for "Disable Performance Counters" (with quotes, for an exact match).
