Remove hashtags from filename

How do I delete hashtags from filename?

Example:

Linkin Park #breaking #the #habit music video.mp4

to

Linkin Park music video.mp4

Any help would be appreciated.

Expression: #.+?\s
Replace:

Explanation:
Match # (#) following by one-or-more (+) of any sign (.), but non-greedy (?), till next space (\s)
Replace with nothing
