Copy/Paste rules between instances
When there are multiple instances, and you want to copy/paste Rule/s from one instance to another.

I suppose you can save your rules as a preset, and then load the same preset in another instance.

It's not the same thing.
Presets are good whenever you have tasks that you do on a regular basis.
