Yes , I tested everything but after your post I checked the rules and I had an error in the second rule that I corrected now with the 3rd rule uncheck is good
3) Regular Expressions: Replace expression "((.+) (\d))" with "$2\\$2 S1\\$2 S1E0$3" (skip extension)what is the use of this 3rd rule already?

Combine existing rules. They work for all given examples. There is no ideal solution for more variations.
