Sleep action doesn't work on Dell XPS 13 7390

Hi,
I've got two laptop: one HP Elitebook and one Dell XPS 13" 7390 and I'm trying your great Shutter app but it seems that Sleep action doesn't work on my Dell!
It do nothing instead of put my laptop to sleep mode.

Can you please help me?

Have you tried to use any alternative software to invoke the Sleep function?

It looks like Dell XPS 7390 and other similar models are riddles with issues related to sleep and hibernation. Some managed to resolve the issues trough a mix of BIOS and drivers upgrades. You should probably start reading the user stores:

It sounds strange because I've tried just closing the lid, using keyboard etc... and it works fine.
I don't have any issue with sleep

I think your best options are to search for a solution online (see below), or contact the manufacturer for technical support.
