How to put Password on Files.

Hey there,

Simple question: Is ReNamer able to put passwords on Files? If so, could you explain how this works in Pascal?

ReNamer is designed to facilitate the renaming of files and folders. Even through it is possible to call an external encryption tool trough ReNamer to encrypt each file, you should strongly consider using a tool that was designed for such task.

Similarly, you would not use a text editor for editing photos, even if it was theoretically possible.

Hi den4b,
thanks for the answer. I already thougt that this was a problem.
The task is:
1 If there is a File Named: (thisandthat)_Tag_(thisandthat)
2 Then put a certain Password on it.
So i thought ReNamer was ghe right program. Which program would be your choice?
