Does hooker 3.4 send emails automatically when the pc powers off or restarts? or does it send emails in some period? like each 5 minutes...

The email is sent every time the log is being saved, which can happen on demand (Save Now), periodically or when application is closing. The last two condition depend on your configuration.

It is unlikely that Hooker will see any updates. It is an archived project at this stage.
