It has actually been on the radar for some time now. The biggest difficulty is figuring out how to incorporate it into current "Events then Actions" design. Then, also, figuring out how to handle (or not) the system wanting to go back to sleep due to user inactivity.
There are two possibilities for incorporating this option:
1) Add it as a new action, which would schedule a timer to wake up the computer from sleep at a certain time.
2) Add it as an additional option to the "On Time" event, which would set the timer to wake up the computer from sleep and then wait until this time has been reached (the latter part is how the "On Time" event works currently anyway).

That would be easy to do, but it would break an existing functionality - logical handling of events, i.e. ALL, AND, OR, 1BY1.
