Is the price and one-time fee? I see something about renewals when I try to buy the program.

It is a one time purchase.

The license is valid indefinitely for all versions of the product released up until 1 year after the date of purchase (free upgrade period).

Ah, I see. Found it confusing at first. You mean if I buy Shutter Pro it will be valid indefinitely, but not for any updated version(s) that might come out later than 12 months after I buy the program. Have I got that right?

It probably wasn't confusing to the average person, but I have a condition that's scrambled my brains a bit so I get confused pretty easily these days
