Average CPU and Network Transfer?

Hi,

I am using Shutter for only 2 days, and to be honest, I am blown away by the features. Currently I am limiting my Shutter uses only to put my computer to sleep. Before this I was using some other product (which I don't want to name it here) which has a good features Average CPU and Network Load . That was a very handy feature. Is somehow this can be implemented on Shutter? Sometime CPU or Network shows sudden spikes causing event counter to reset. Especially this is very useful in Windows 10 with all those unnecessary telemetry callings.

Shutter 4.1.0.2 Beta:
* Added an option to use an average measurement in CPU Usage, Network Usage and Hard Disk Usage events.
