"Run Program" action to simulate "Run Preset" action
"Run Program" doesn't work if "allow only single instance of application" option is checked, and if command is:
"C:\Awesome\Shutter.exe" /preset "Test"
I'm trying to make Work Break Timer, which is not easy without "Wait" action. So I tried using presets and it works with default settings, but with just too many instances.
If this is not a bug, than please add "Run Preset" action.

If you use "allow only single instance of application" option, 2nd instance of Shutter will not start, meaning that the parameters you have specified will not be handled.
I'll think about adding "Run Preset" action.

For the reference: "Run Preset" action was added in Shutter 3.7.5 Beta.
