New program for editing context menu

This is just an idea, because I love your tools
I used to use a program called Mmm (HACE Software)
It's a must have as it hides all useless context menu items
It will also watch your last context menu and so you can hide them or even make a new folder to stack them.
It also has many useful options.
However the maker wont make new version for Windows 7 and without it context menu is like a nightmare, all context menu tools on the web are nothing close to this one.
I was wondering if its something you can do?
