CPUMon 1.40 & Inno Setup Compiler

I found a great little tool - Inno Setup Compiler, it makes Setup files for your programs, and it does a Very good job, and its Free as well. It might be a bit tricky to use for novice users, because it does its job through the scripts. I gave up on Setup Factory, which I was using before I found Inno Setup Compiler. Now Setup files become twice smaller!!

And Finally, I found some time to finish the new version of CPUMon

What's New:
* Memory Usage can now be displayed (optionally), plus Memory Statistics!
* updated Tray icons: smoother, fixed top black line;
* fixed bug: refresh rate wasn't loaded properly on start;
