Order in Presets Manager

Since I do not want to make suggestions faster than can ever be implemented, I do not make this as a suggestion for now but just want to give some related tip:

In Presets | Manage, one cannot reorder the entries by dragging up or down (quite like one can do for rules). Currently one has to trick the program by giving other names like

1_RenameByNumber
2_RenameByLetter

if one prefers to address SortByNumber by CTRL + 1. Looks a bit funny, but it works :)

This is so because currently the entries are sorted by name.
